1 cup mushrooms, finely chopped

1/3 cup sweet chili sauce

1 tablespoon rice vinegar

1 teaspoon fresh ginger, minced

1/2 cup water chestnuts, diced

Salt and pepper, to taste

1 head of butter or romaine lettuce, leaves separated

1/4 cup green onions, chopped (for garnish)

1 tablespoon sesame seeds (for garnish)

Instructions
 

Sauté Onions: In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the finely chopped onion and sauté until translucent, which should take about 3-4 minutes.
