1 lb (450g) boneless, skinless chicken breast, sliced into thin strips

2 tablespoons soy sauce

1 tablespoon oyster sauce

1 tablespoon cornstarch

2 tablespoons vegetable oil (divided)

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 inch fresh ginger, grated

2 cups mixed bell peppers, sliced (red, yellow, and green)

1 cup broccoli florets

1 cup snow peas

1 medium carrot, julienned

2 green onions, chopped

1 tablespoon sesame oil

Cooked jasmine or brown rice, for serving

Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

Marinate the Chicken:

    - In a medium-sized bowl, combine the sliced chicken, soy sauce, oyster sauce, and cornstarch. Mix thoroughly to ensure each piece of chicken is well-coated.

      - Allow the chicken to marinate for at least 15 minutes to enhance the flavor while you prepare the vegetables.
