1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1 teaspoon paprika

1 teaspoon dried thyme

Salt and black pepper, to taste

2 tablespoons olive oil

Sauté Chicken: In a large pot or Dutch oven, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the diced chicken to the pot and season generously with salt, black pepper, and paprika. Cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the chicken is lightly browned and cooked through.
