1 can (5 oz) tuna in water, drained and flaked

2 tablespoons mayonnaise

1 tablespoon Greek yogurt

1 teaspoon Dijon mustard

2 tablespoons red onion, finely diced

1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
