2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

1/4 cup honey

1/4 cup Dijon mustard

1 tablespoon olive oil

Salt and pepper, to taste

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

4 large whole wheat tortillas

2 cups mixed salad greens (spinach, arugula, romaine)

1/2 cup sliced cucumbers

1/2 cup shredded carrots

1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese (optional)

Fresh herbs for garnish (parsley or cilantro)

Instructions
 

Marinate the Chicken: In a mixing bowl, combine honey, Dijon mustard, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Whisk until well blended. Place the chicken breasts into the bowl and turn to coat them thoroughly with the marinade. Cover and let marinate for at least 30 minutes, or refrigerate overnight for deeper flavor.

    Cook the Chicken: Preheat your grill pan or outdoor grill to medium-high heat. Remove the chicken breasts from the marinade, reserving the marinade for later. Grill the chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side, until fully cooked and featuring attractive grill marks. Ensure the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C). After cooking, remove from the grill and let the chicken rest for a few minutes before slicing into strips.

      Prepare the Wrap Filling: While the chicken is resting, prepare the fresh filling ingredients. In a separate bowl, mix together the salad greens, sliced cucumbers, and shredded carrots.
