1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

1/2 teaspoon sea salt

1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

1 large egg (or 1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce for vegan option)

Olive oil spray (or your choice of cooking oil)

For the Zesty Yogurt Dip:

1 cup plain Greek yogurt (or dairy-free yogurt, if preferred)

1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice

1 teaspoon Dijon mustard

1 clove garlic, finely minced
