Grilled Chicken Caesar Pita

2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

4 whole wheat pitas

2 cups romaine lettuce, chopped

½ cup Caesar dressing (store-bought or homemade)

¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese

½ teaspoon garlic powder

½ teaspoon paprika

Salt and pepper to taste

Olive oil for grilling

Fresh lemon wedges (for serving)

Marinate the Chicken: In a medium bowl, mix together 2 tablespoons of olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Add the chicken breasts to the bowl, ensuring they are well coated with the marinade. Cover the bowl and let it marinate for at least 30 minutes at room temperature, or refrigerate overnight for enhanced flavor.

    Prepare the Grill: Preheat your grill or grill pan to medium-high heat. To prevent sticking, lightly oil the grill grates with a paper towel dipped in olive oil.

      Grill the Chicken: Once the grill is hot, place the marinated chicken breasts on the grill.
