Ingredients

4 large whole wheat tortillas

1 cup cream cheese, softened to room temperature

2 tablespoons honey

1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract

1 cup strawberries, hulled and thinly sliced

1 cup kiwi, peeled and thinly sliced

1 cup mango, peeled and diced into small cubes

1 cup fresh blueberries

1/4 cup shredded coconut (optional for a tropical crunch)

Fresh mint leaves for garnish (optional)

Instructions

Prepare the Cream Cheese Mixture: In a medium mixing bowl, add the softened cream cheese, honey, and vanilla extract. Using a hand mixer or a whisk, blend until the mixture is smooth and creamy, ensuring all ingredients are well combined.

Assemble the Wraps: Place a large whole wheat tortilla flat on a clean, clean-cutting board or clean surface. Spread approximately 1/4 cup of the creamy mixture evenly across the entire tortilla, leaving about half an inch border around the edges.

Add the Fruits: On one side of the tortilla, arrange a generous handful of each fruit: strawberries, kiwi, mango, and blueberries in a colorful line. If desired, sprinkle about a tablespoon of shredded coconut over the fruits to enhance the flavor and texture.

Wrap it Up: Starting from the edge where the fruits are placed, carefully roll the tortilla tightly, encasing the fruit and cream cheese mixture completely. If needed, use a toothpick to secure the wrap in place and prevent it from unfolding.

Slice and Serve: With a sharp knife, slice the wrap diagonally into bite-sized pinwheels or halves, depending on your preference. Arrange the slices artfully on a serving platter for an inviting presentation.

Repeat: Follow the same process with the remaining tortillas and the cream cheese mixture, making sure to keep the assembly uniform for a beautiful display.

Enjoy: These wraps can be served cold or at room temperature, making them a refreshing snack or a light dessert perfect for warm days. Garnish with fresh mint leaves for an extra touch of vibrancy and flavor.
