Ingredients

2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced

2 ripe kiwis, peeled and sliced

1 cup coconut water (or regular water)

1 tablespoon honey or agave syrup (optional, for added sweetness)

1/2 cup Greek yogurt (choose vanilla for extra flavor or plain)

Juice of 1 lime

A pinch of salt

Instructions

Prepare the Fruit: Start by thoroughly washing the strawberries and kiwis. Hull the strawberries by removing the green tops and slice them into thin pieces. Peel the kiwis and cut them into rounds. Set both fruits aside for later.

Blend the Base: In a blender, combine the hulled strawberries, sliced kiwis, coconut water, honey or agave syrup (if desired), Greek yogurt, lime juice, and a pinch of salt. Blend the mixture on high until it reaches a smooth and creamy consistency.

Taste & Adjust: After blending, taste the smoothie mixture to see if you want it sweeter. If needed, add an extra drizzle of honey or agave syrup. Blend briefly again to incorporate any added sweetener.

Layer the Pops: To create visually stunning pops, pour a thin layer of the smoothie mixture into the bottom of each popsicle mold. Follow this by adding a few slices of strawberries and kiwis on top. Pour more of the smoothie mixture until each mold is approximately three-quarters full.

Freeze: Carefully insert popsicle sticks into each mold and place them in the freezer. Allow the pops to freeze undisturbed for at least 4 to 6 hours, or until they are completely solid.

Unmold and Enjoy: When ready to serve, run warm water over the exterior of the popsicle molds for a few seconds to loosen the pops. Gently pull the pops out of the molds. Enjoy your delightful and refreshing Strawberry Kiwi Bliss Pops!
