1 tablespoon coconut oil

1 teaspoon sea salt

Prepare the cherries: Begin by rinsing the fresh cherries thoroughly under cold water. If they are not already pitted, use a cherry pitter or a small paring knife to carefully remove the pits, then set the pitted cherries aside.

    Melt the chocolate: In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the dark chocolate chips with coconut oil. Microwave the mixture in 30-second intervals, stirring well after each interval until the chocolate is completely melted and smooth.

      Dip the cherries: Take each pitted cherry and dip it into the warm melted chocolate, allowing any excess chocolate to drip back into the bowl. Place the chocolate-coated cherries on a parchment-lined baking sheet to catch any drips.
