1 large cucumber

1 cup cream cheese (softened at room temperature)

1/4 cup Greek yogurt

2 tablespoons fresh dill (finely chopped)

2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice

1 clove garlic (minced)

4 large whole-wheat tortillas (or wraps of your choice)

1 cup mixed greens (such as arugula or spinach)

1/2 red bell pepper (thinly sliced)

1/2 avocado (sliced)

Prepare the Creamy Filling: In a medium mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, Greek yogurt, chopped dill, lemon juice, and minced garlic. Use a spatula or whisk to mix until the ingredients are well blended and smooth. Taste the mixture and season with salt and pepper as needed.

    Slice the Cucumber: Rinse the cucumber under cold water to clean. Using a vegetable peeler, alternate peeling strips of the skin for a decorative effect. Then, slice the cucumber into thin rounds, aiming for even thickness for uniform texture.

      Assemble the Wraps: Take a tortilla and place it flat on a clean cutting board or surface. Using a spatula or the back of a spoon, spread a generous layer of the creamy dill mixture evenly over the entire surface of the tortilla.
