Ingredients

2 cups fresh spinach, chopped

1 cup artichoke hearts, chopped (from a can or frozen)

1 cup cream cheese, softened

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1/4 cup sour cream

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 tbsp olive oil

1/2 tsp Italian seasoning

Salt and pepper to taste

1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved (for topping)

1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped (for garnish)

Tortilla chips or crusty bread (for serving)

Instructions

Begin by preheating your oven to 375°F (190°C).

In a sizable skillet, warm the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute, or until it becomes fragrant.

Incorporate the chopped spinach and artichoke hearts into the skillet. Cook for 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally, allowing the spinach to wilt.

In a mixing bowl, blend the softened cream cheese, sour cream, shredded mozzarella, grated Parmesan, Italian seasoning, along with a dash of salt and pepper. Whisk together until smooth and creamy.

Gently combine the cheesy concoction with the spinach and artichokes in the skillet. Stir well to ensure the cheese is evenly mixed.

Once blended, spread the dip mixture uniformly in the skillet. Arrange the halved cherry tomatoes on top for added color.

Move the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and a golden brown hue forms on top.

After removing it from the oven, garnish the dip with the freshly chopped basil for a burst of flavor.

Serve hot alongside tortilla chips or slices of crusty bread.
