2 cups cooked, shredded chicken breast

1 cup Greek yogurt

1/4 cup mayonnaise

1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice

1 teaspoon dried oregano

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

1 cup cucumber, diced

1/2 cup Kalamata olives, pitted and sliced

1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled

4 large whole wheat or spinach tortillas

Fresh baby spinach leaves, for assembly

Salt and pepper to taste

Make the Dressing: In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the Greek yogurt, mayonnaise, fresh lemon juice, dried oregano, garlic powder, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Stir until the mixture is smooth and all ingredients are well incorporated.

    Mix the Ingredients: To the dressing, gently add the shredded chicken, halved cherry tomatoes, diced cucumber, sliced olives, and crumbled feta cheese. Carefully fold everything together using a spatula, ensuring that the chicken and vegetables are thoroughly coated with the dressing.

      Build the Wraps: Lay a tortilla flat on a clean surface. In the center of the tortilla, place a generous handful of fresh baby spinach leaves, then scoop a generous portion of the Greek chicken salad mixture on top of the spinach.
