1 teaspoon dried oregano

1 cup fresh basil leaves, roughly chopped (plus extra for garnish)

½ cup heavy cream (optional, for a creamier texture)

Sauté the Aromatics: In a large, heavy-bottomed pot, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the diced onion and sauté for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the onion becomes translucent and soft.
