Ingredients

4 large flour tortillas

1 cup cream cheese, softened to room temperature

8 ounces assorted deli meats (such as salami, prosciutto, and turkey)

1 cup assorted cheeses, diced or sliced (include cheddar, gouda, and brie for variety)

1/2 cup assorted olives, pitted and halved (both black and green)

1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

1/4 cup pickles or gherkins, thinly sliced

1/4 cup fresh arugula or baby spinach

2 tablespoons Dijon mustard

Fresh herbs for garnish (such as rosemary or basil)

Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste

Instructions

Prepare the Tortillas:

Spread the flour tortillas out neatly on a clean, flat surface or cutting board.

      Spread the Cream Cheese:

Using a spatula or the back of a spoon, evenly spread a generous layer of softened cream cheese over each tortilla, ensuring to leave about a half-inch border around the edges for easy rolling.

          Layer the Ingredients:

Begin layering the assorted deli meats over the cream cheese, covering the tortilla but allowing the edges to remain clear. Next, add a variety of cheeses, followed by a colorful display of olives, halved cherry tomatoes, sliced pickles, and a handful of arugula or spinach to add freshness.

              Add the Mustard:

Drizzle a small amount of Dijon mustard over the top of the layered fillings. Season the mixture with a pinch of salt and freshly ground black pepper to enhance the flavors.

                  Roll It Up:

Starting from one end, carefully roll the tortilla tightly. As you roll, tuck in the sides to create a compact, burrito-like shape, ensuring all filling is contained inside.

                      Slice for Serving:

With a sharp knife, slice each wrapped tortilla into 1-inch pieces. Arrange the colorful slices on a serving platter, positioning them upright for a visually appealing display or laying them flat for ease of access.

                          Garnish and Enjoy:

Enhance the platter's presentation by garnishing with fresh herb sprigs scattered around the wraps. Serve immediately for the best flavor and freshness, or wrap the platter tightly in plastic wrap and refrigerate until you are ready to impress your guests.
