12 small whole wheat slider buns

6 large eggs

1/2 cup milk

Salt and pepper, to taste

1 cup cooked and crumbled breakfast sausage

1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese

1 ripe avocado, sliced

1 cup fresh spinach leaves

1 tablespoon olive oil or butter (for greasing the skillet)

Optional: Hot sauce for serving

Preheat the Oven: Set your oven to 350°F (175°C) to ensure it's hot and ready for baking the sliders.

    Prepare the Egg Mixture: In a large mixing bowl, crack the eggs and add the milk. Use a whisk to blend them together until fully combined. Season the mixture with salt and pepper to enhance the flavor.

      Cook the Eggs: Heat a skillet over medium heat and grease it lightly with olive oil or butter. Pour the egg mixture into the skillet and gently stir with a spatula. Cook the eggs for about 4-5 minutes until they are just set but still creamy and soft. Once cooked, remove the skillet from heat.

        Assemble the Sliders:

          - Carefully slice each slider bun in half horizontally.

            - On the bottom half of each bun, start layering with a generous portion of the cooked sausage, followed by a scoop of the creamy scrambled eggs.
