Ingredients

4 large flour tortillas

8 ounces cream cheese, softened to room temperature

8 ounces sliced turkey breast

4 ounces sliced cheddar cheese

1 cup fresh spinach leaves, washed and dried

½ cup sliced bell peppers (any color for a pop of color)

¼ cup sliced black olives (optional, for extra flavor)

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon dried oregano

Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

Prepare the Tortillas: Start by laying out the flour tortillas on a clean surface, such as a cutting board or countertop. This will be your workspace for assembling the pinwheels.

Spread the Cream Cheese: Take the softened cream cheese and spread an even layer over each tortilla. Be sure to leave about an inch of space around the edges to make rolling easier and keep the filling from spilling out.

Season the Cream Cheese: To enhance the flavor, sprinkle garlic powder, dried oregano, salt, and pepper over the cream cheese layer on each tortilla. This will add a delicious seasoning base for your pinwheels.

Layer Ingredients: On top of the cream cheese, layer the sliced turkey breast evenly, followed by the cheddar cheese slices. Add a generous amount of fresh spinach leaves, then distribute the sliced bell peppers evenly across each tortilla. If you’re using black olives, sprinkle them on at this stage as well.

Roll It Up: Starting from one end of the tortilla, carefully roll it up tightly into a log shape. Make sure to keep all the filling tucked inside as you roll to create a compact pinwheel.

Slice the Pinwheels: Using a sharp knife, slice the rolled tortilla into 1-inch thick rounds. Each tortilla should yield about 8 pinwheels, resulting in a delightful assortment to enjoy.

Serve: Arrange the freshly cut pinwheels on a serving platter, showcasing their colorful layers. You can serve them immediately or chill them in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes. Chilling will firm up the pinwheels, making them easier to slice and enhancing their flavors.

Storage: If you have any leftovers, store them in an airtight container in the refrigerator. They should keep well for up to 3 days.
