4 medium russet potatoes

3 tablespoons olive oil

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions
 

Prepare the Potatoes:

          Season the Potatoes:

            - After soaking, drain and thoroughly rinse the potato wedges under cold water. Use paper towels to pat them dry, ensuring to remove excess moisture.

              - In a large mixing bowl, whisk together 3 tablespoons of olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, black pepper, and salt. Add the drained potato wedges to the bowl and gently toss them until they are evenly coated with the seasoning mixture.

                Add Parmesan Cheese:
